Präsentation überstanden…

Gestern hielt ich einen Vortrag über meine Diplomarbeit. War gar nicht so einfach vor einer Gruppe von Native-speakern zu stehen und in einer Fremdsprache über ein technisches Thema zu quasseln. Die mündliche Englischmatura war auf jedem Fall leichter. Dennoch habe ich  den Eindruck, dass die Präsentation nicht so schlecht lief:

Hello all

We had a very high standard of presentation from all the presenters at
yesterday's conference.  The judging panel for the best presentation
had a very tough job in awarding the prize for best presentation - so
tough in fact that we are awarding three prizes. [...]  Honourable mentions
could be made of almost all the others but we particularly liked the
presentations of Natascha and Nick.
